All orders placed before 2:30pm will be dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on a next day tracked service.

If however, your not completely satisfied with your purchase;

For products purchased on our website we offer a 14 day exchange or credit voucher policy to be used online.

Products which have been personalised or ordered on sale (unless damaged) are not subject to returns/exchanges and refunds. 

Seasonal Products must be exchanged prior to the Yom Tov.
